The HART Software Engineer will be located in Fairfax, Virginia. This position may be filled at either the Software Engineer level or the Principal Software Engineer level based on the qualifications listed below.

Basic Qualifications for the Software Engineer level:

  • BS in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, and a minimum of 2 years of experience.
  • Experience and working knowledge of relational databases.
  • Experience working with a version control system.
  • Experience developing WebServices with REST API.
  • United States citizenship with the ability to obtain a DHS EOD clearance.

Basic Qualifications for the Principal Software Engineer level:

  • BS in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, and aminimum of5 years of experience.
  • Experience and working knowledge of relational databases.
  • Experience working with a version control system.
  • Experience developing WebServices with REST API.
  • United States citizenship with the ability to obtain a DHS EOD clearance.

Preferred Qualifications for both levels:

  • Experience in Biometrics.
  • Agile development methodology experience.
  • Experience with AWS.
  • Experience with Openshift.
  • Experience using Golang.
