HII-Technical Solutions Division (TSD) is currently looking for a Software Engineer(associate) to support a team that designs and deploys capabilities for a DoD customer. with a Cybersecurity Situational awareness mission in their Annapolis Junction, MD location.

The project scope is to define tools and processes and capabilities to provide the customer detailed awareness of cybersecurity vulnerabilities and threats on DoD networks. This will include cloud-based solutions, big data analytics and real-time monitoring. #LI-NM1

Essential Job Responsibilities

Under specific direction, responsible for routine and basic system products. Maintains currency, debugs, and configures related software products. Interfaces with other system support groups to resolves problems. Designs, codes, test and submit input to the planning and conversion for new hardware/software products. Prepares product documentation. May interface with customers to gather information on system requirements or problems.

Minimum Qualifications
  • 2 years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 6 years relevant experience.
  • Experiencewith JAVA, JAVAScript, Python, MySQL
  • Agile development methodologies
  • Clearance: Most possess at least an InterimSecret with eligibility for TS/SCI
Preferred Requirements
  • BA/BS in a technical discipline with at least 3 years of experience.
  • Secret cleared Preferred.
  • Experience with cloud application development
  • Knowledge of containerized services
  • Experience with NoSQL databases
Physical Requirements
Adequate visual acuity and manual dexterity for meeting the requirements Software Engineer family.
