What this job involves:

As an Operations Manager at JLL, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the day-to-day operations and management of our facilities. You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning of all operational activities, optimizing efficiency, and delivering exceptional service to our clients and occupants. In addition to these responsibilities, your role will also include the following duties:

Your day-to-day tasks will include:
Program managing the management of all ATMs nationally.

Matrix managing the Senior Facility Managers to drive consistency in service delivery across the portfolio under your guidance.

Owning the creation of an on-account playbook, with a draft due prior to go-live and a full playbook due within 90 days of go-live.

Assisting with business disaster response planning.

Managing initiatives and serving as the point of contact for client ad hoc needs, effectively communicating them to the field teams.

Managing centralized inspection management and quality control, assessing all sites within the first 90 days.

Assisting with performance management and operationalizing key performance indicators.

Providing oversight for the training program.

Handling on-boarding, off-boarding, and employee provisioning processes.

Program management, ensuring successful execution of various projects.

Administering Corrigo with support from assigned WD Corrigo resources.

Administering communications and SharePoint site.

Creating and governing playbooks.

Liaising with technology, badges, network access, and other requirements for employee provisioning post go-live.


Desired experience and technical skills:

Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in facility operations or a related field.

In-depth knowledge of facility management principles and practices.

Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Willingness to travel occasionally to different client sites.


Preferred:
Professional certification in facility management, such as Certified Facility Manager (CFM) or Facilities Management Professional (FMP).

Experience working in commercial real estate or at a property management firm.

Knowledge of sustainability practices and energy management.

Familiarity with building management systems (BMS) and computer-aided facility management (CAFM) software.
