Job Description
What this job involves -

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Meetings and Events Coordinator to join our commercial real estate company and work on-site at one of our prestigious client locations. Your exceptional organizational skills, creative thinking, and interpersonal abilities will contribute to the overall success of the events and enhance our client's experience.

Your day to day:
Collaborate with clients to understand their event objectives, requirements, and target audience

Coordinate event logistics, such as registration, attendee tracking, and on-site support

Prepare event materials, including presentations, agendas, name badges, and promotional items

Liaise with external stakeholders, including venues, vendors, speakers, and entertainment to ensure seamless event execution

Collaborate with marketing teams to develop event collateral, invitations, and promotional materials

Conduct post-event evaluations to assess success and identify areas for improvement

Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in event planning and management

May be asked to provide additional support to our Experience Team (lobby support)as needed.


Sound like you? To apply you need:
2+ years of experience in assisting in administrative duties preferably in the commercial real estate or related industry

Proven ability to multitask and manage multiple events simultaneously, meeting tight deadlines

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to maintain accuracy under pressure

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective interaction with clients, vendors, and stakeholders

Expertise in budget management and financial reporting

Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Ability to work independently as well as collaborate within a team environment


Experience and technical skills Preferred (but not required)
Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Communications, Hospitality Management, Marketing, or a related field

Experience working with high-profile corporate clients

Familiarity with sustainable event planning practices

Knowledge of audiovisual equipment and technical requirements for events

Familiarity with virtual and hybrid event strategies and platforms
