Job Description

Visa U.S.A. Inc., a Visa Inc. company, needs a Product Analyst (Multiple Openings) in Austin, TX to:

  • Support the design and execution of the Real Time Payment (RTP) Risk Analytics product suite.
  • Support end-to-end execution of new product development (Inception - POC - MVP -Live).
  • Participate and provide business input to AI design and technology discussions.
  • Collaborate with teams across Visa to align RTP Risk Analytics with Visa Global strategy, product suite, and processes.
  • Work with Product, Research, Engineering, UX teams, and others to define product goals and deliver key features.
  • Work closely with PMO to deliver successful products on time with desired quality.
  • Support product development for live service, including working with technology teams (including Data Science and Software Development teams) on functionality and expected outcomes.
  • Manage progress and resolve dependencies to achieve delivery milestones.
  • Manage stakeholder relationships and progress priorities.
  • Take a creative and design thinking approach to develop innovative solutions to industry challenges.
  • Play an instrumental role in the RTP Risk Analytics team actively participating in the overall strategy design, commercialization, and execution of Risk Analytics products.
  • Become go-to-person for RTP Risk Analytics Products in the Financial Crime function.
  • Represent the product and product strategy.
  • Position reports to the Employer's Austin, Texas office and may allow for partial telecommuting.
Qualifications
  • Employer will accept a Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related field.
  • Understanding of product management concepts.
  • Understanding of data science and MLOps.
  • Knowledge of software development (SDLC) processes.
  • Understanding of cloud platforms.
  • API testing tools including Postman.
  • Project management tools including Jira, Jira Align, and/or Project planner.
  • Reporting tools including PowerBI, Tableau, and/or Splunk.
  • Communication tools including MS Teams, Webex, and/or Zoom.
  • Documentation tools including MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, and OneNote).
Additional Information

WORKSITE: Austin, TX

This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.

Travel Requirements:This position does not require travel.

Mental/Physical Requirements:This position will be performed in an office setting. The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by telephone, frequently operate standard office equipment, such as telephones and computers.

U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is $102,300.00 USD to $158,600.00 USD per year,which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
