Job Overview

Mitratech is seeking a Senior Product Manager for the Data and Analytics platform. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in defining the product strategy, driving the development roadmap, and delivering transformative data and analytics solutions in an agile environment. You will collaborate closely with leaders across the organization to align priorities that drive business impact, and deliver the right tools and features to support the organization's external and internal customers. Working with our team requires a unique blend of business acumen, analytics expertise, and technical skills demonstrated through the ability to articulate well to developers and just as easily to executives.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Develop, communicate, and execute an data analytics product strategy and roadmap across a multiple market segments and geography
  • Partner with Data & Analytics Engineering team to build and maintain a scalable, reliable, and secure data infrastructure and platform
  • Identify opportunities across the business to drive adoption for data and analytics solutions and drive adoption across the company, partnering with peer product managers to ensure alignment on strategy
  • Interact with a global customer base for project discovery, client working groups, validation of customer adoption and success
  • Drive conversations with multiple stakeholders to logical agreement around product direction, messaging, positioning and go to market strategies
  • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success and impact
  • Present / demo to customers, prospects, peers and leadership
  • Develop product / project metrics and a means to measure success from a financial & end user perspective

Requirements & Skills:

  • Proven track record of 5+ years product management experience, with data and analytics experience
  • Demonstrated a portfolio of successful data analytics products deployed on modern cloud data warehouse
  • Strong technical background with a deep understanding of data management, analytics, and visualization technologies.
  • Experience managing complex projects across teams, building processes, and coordinating release schedules
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data and analytics concepts into actionable product requirements.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate complex ideas to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Comfortable being a part of a globally distributed product development team
  • Familiar with common development and collaboration tools such as JIRA, Confluence, AzureDev Ops, SharePoint and Aha! (not mandatory)

Education:

  • Bachelor's or advanced degree in STEM or equivalent experience
