Job Overview

As a member of the Partner Growth team you will be managing a select book of business comprised of existing complex partners. As the Strategic Account Manager, you are a critical lifeline between our largest, most critical partners and Mitratech, advocating for expanded and profitable relationships between the two. You will be responsible for driving new, innovative ways to support the Partner's sales, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure they are maximizing revenue growth between our two organizations. In addition, you will be outlining strategic plans with your Partners and their clients to ensure all products and services are introduced and promoted.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Own the Partnership relationships, growth, & retention quotas within your territory & operate as the ambassador between Mineral executives & executives within assigned partner accounts.
  • Build positive working relationships with assigned Partners to maximize product sales within their customer base, working together to accelerate growth opportunities.
  • Understand partners' current business, challenges, and goals to develop trusted advisor status and build loyalty.
  • Develop additional contacts & sponsor relationships within your assigned Partners to navigate the channels of complex multi-sponsor, multi-cycle sales processes
  • Develop broad Partner specific sales and marketing plans to increase selling efforts through collaboration with our marketing team and the Partners' marketing team.
  • Train and engage the Partners' sales and support teams through sales and administrative webinars.
  • Coordinate with Partners to develop joint business plans that mutually agree with joint business objectives.
  • Develop and review sales proposals with Partners as needed.
  • Conduct regular online and in-person partnership meetings with top identified Partners.
  • Perform business reviews and recommend improvements.
  • Manage sales activities and maintain sales records and reports.
  • Travel to associated shows & events as needed.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements & Skills:

  • 5+ experience with revenue generation, strategic planning, retention, and renewals
  • Self-starter, ability to work independent in a remote environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, both cross functionally and globally
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to create clear business processes
  • Self-motivated sales professional with strong work ethic, integrity, and values
  • Ability to identify sales opportunities and strategically grow partnerships
  • Outstanding communication and persuasion skills
  • Experience in public speaking and presenting to small & large groups
  • Desire to build strong relationships and create win-win partnerships
  • Computer proficiency required, including Microsoft products, email and internet
