CLA is currently seeking a Product Owner - Lead to join our growing internal IT team, the essential job functions are as follows:

  • Define and prioritize product features and requirements.
  • Work closely with the development team to ensure that product features are developed according to specifications and meet user needs.
  • Communicate product roadmap, priorities, and status to stakeholders and executive management.
  • Communicating the product vision and goals to the development team
  • Ensure product deliverables meet quality standards and are delivered on-time.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with product stakeholders and partners.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities for product improvement and growth.
  • Make decisions regarding product features, functionality, and user experience.
  • Participating in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives
  • Continuously monitor and evaluate product performance, making adjustments as needed to achieve desired outcomes.

What you will need:

Experience: Ten years experience working in project management and/or change management. Expertise with Microsoft Power Point as well as the full Microsoft suite of products.

Education: Bachelor's Degree or experience acceptable in lieu of bachelor's degree.

Certifications / Licenses

Scrum Product Owner /Agile Certification preferred

Travel Requirements

This position requires <10% travel
