- Providing updates to stakeholders
on product development processes, costs, and budgets
- Assessing the systems architecture
currently in place and work with technical staff to recommend solutions to
improve it
- Providing detailed specifications
for proposed solutions
- Defining clear goals for all
aspects of a project and manage their proper execution
- Proposing and establishing
framework for necessary contributions from various stakeholders
- Resolving technical problems as
they arise
- Informing various stakeholders
about any problems with the current technical solutions being implemented
