The Senior Transformation Partner plays an integral role in helping to define the future of WorldStrides and drives critical business initiatives by directly partnering with leaders across the Company. Furthermore, the role contributes to WorldStrides' success by collaboratively driving strategic initiatives, providing leadership support to ensure successful project execution focused on process optimization, growth strategies and improving the customer journey.

Responsibilities:

  • Acts as a strategic advisor to leadership to operationalize strategy into actionable initiatives and projects, influencing the portfolio roadmap.
  • Collaborates to build a culture of adaptability and openness to change, creating a continuous improvement mindset.
  • Partners with business leaders to identify and develop growth strategies by developing a strong pipeline of strategic opportunities for market penetration and expansion.
  • Leverages expertise in operations to support WorldStrides' business functions to optimize WorldStrides Way of Working.
  • Manages a portfolio(s) of initiatives to achieve target value, which requires testing the investment quality of significant opportunities and ensuring a healthy target balance.
  • Informs and influences the capacity planning to achieve target goals for the portfolio.
  • Demonstrates high emotional intelligence to aid in navigating complex organizations with multiple stakeholders and flags potential barriers/risks to Transformation Management Office (TMO).
  • Contributes to team's high-performing culture, by supporting colleagues and building TMO capabilities.

Skills and Qualifications:
Demonstrated ability to lead complex projects to grow businesses through effective go to market strategies and efficient operational practices. Strong experience with process improvement, project management and complex organizations. Demonstrated ability to lead change. Uses Excel, PowerPoint, and other tools to interpret data and generate insights. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team with integrity and respect for others.


Education, Experience, and Training:

Bachelor's degree in business, systems engineering or in a relevant field of study preferred or equivalent combination of education; at least eight (8) years progressive strategy and operations experience.

Physical Conditions and Nature of Work:

Employee is subject to inside environmental conditions, protection from weather conditions. Nature of work is primarily sedentary: walking (1 hour daily), standing (1 hour daily), and light lifting (0 - 15lbs); no environmental hazards indicated for this classification.
