Modernization Success ManagerWe're looking for a Modernization Success Manager candidate with experience in project management to join our team in Austin, TX (hybrid).
Our Specialized Modernization Customer Success(MSM) team helps customers modernize or transform their data platform using Informatica products and services. As part of this Modernization Success Manager role you will work with account managers, field sales team to creat the modernization delivery scope for IPS led modernization project. You will partner with our customers technical and business executive leadership team to help with post-sales implementation planning, guide customer's technical adoption journey, and enable them to deliver innovation to their end business users. You will also work with the account team to identify opportunities help grow the customer investments. This roles entails a hybrid mix of duties that align with Customer Success, Professional services & Project Management both for driving Delivery and Revenue recognition.
