DESCRIPTION/JOB SUMMARY

Answer incoming calls and/or take orders from Providers/customers

RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES

*Maintain standard 5S expectations

*Focus on continuous improvement and consistently demonstrate good business judgment

*Answer incoming calls to Customer Service Representative's direct line and the Customer Service queue

*Take and enter quotes and orders from Providers or Sales Representatives via phone, fax, e-mail

*Handle order cancelations

*Assist with hot rush orders, product quotes, return calls, and voice mail

*Work effectively with all departments to exceed internal and external expectations

*Stealth Products retains the discretion to modify duties and/or assign other duties as necessary

REQUIRED SKILLS

*Must be a team player, professional, highly detail-oriented, and honest

Must have the ability to:

*Multi-task, problem-solve, and prioritize in a fast-paced working environment

Must have:

*Basic working knowledge of Microsoft Office Word and Excel

*Excellent phone etiquette skills

*Excellent web navigation skills

*Excellent verbal and written communication skills

*Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

*1 year of experience in a Customer Service environment

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE

*Current or previous successful employment experience with Stealth Products (directly, independently or through a third party)

REQUIRED EDUCATION

*High School Diploma or GED

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

*Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now, or in the future
