The Sr. Manager, Field Sales Finance, will lead and drive strategic financial insights and optimize field operations. As a key member of the team, the successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and process improvement within field finance operations. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES and other duties as required.

  • Financial Analysis: Synthesize large amounts of data to conduct in-depth financial analysis of field operations, providing insights into key performance indicators and financial trends.

  • Budgeting and Forecasting: Lead the development of field-level budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis to support effective financial planning.

  • Strategic Planning: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement financial strategies aligned with organizational goals.

  • Performance Metrics: Define and track key financial and operational metrics, developing dashboards and reports for senior leadership.

  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process optimization and efficiency improvements within field finance operations.
  • Risk Management: Assess financial risks and develop mitigation strategies, ensuring compliance with financial regulations and policies.

  • Stakeholder Communication: Effectively communicate financial insights and recommendations to non-finance stakeholders, facilitating informed decision-making.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Directly manage and/or mentor 1-2 associates, providing leadership and guidance in their professional development.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Education and/or Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field. Advanced degree (MBA, Master's in Finance) is a plus.
  • Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in financial analysis, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
  • Experience in field finance, operations finance, or a related field is highly desirable.
  • Strong proficiency in financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting.

Salary may vary depending on factors such as confirmed job-related skills, experience, and location.

However, the pay range for this position is as follows.

$107,500.00 - $199,600.00
