Segment: IAF: Industrial Automation & Finishing
Essential Duties:
  • Manage and coordinate the daily operations, including shipping and receiving, inventory management, order fulfillment, and returns processing
  • Manage warehouse staff and ensure their tasks are completed in a timely and efficient manner
  • Monitor warehouse equipment and supplies and order new items when needed
  • Ensure the warehouse is clean and organized and that safety protocols are followed
  • Train and supervise warehouse staff, including new hires
  • Responsible for inventory accuracy & efficiency
  • May assemble value add components without assistance.
  • Regularly mentors & trains warehouse associates; and responds to queries
  • Regularly provides equipment/ system/ process/ training/building recommendations to improve reliability and/or performance within specialized function.
  • Leads continuous improvement activities.
  • Reconcile inventory, annual cycle counts
  • May assist with maintenance of the building
  • Handles walk in customers/ pick up/ will call without assistance
  • Work with various departments in the commercial operations team to provide excellent customer service to local customers
  • Be the local go-to person for all SXe related usage
  • Process Vendor RMAs
  • Meet Monthly Goals on Operations Scorecard
  • Perform other duties as assigned/required.

Requirements and Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least 5 years of experience in a warehouse or related field
  • Proven leadership experience in a warehouse setting
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Experience operating warehouse equipment such as electric pallet jack, reach truck, forklift and/or man lift.
  • Ability to lift 25-65 pounds, as needed.
