Job Overview

The Sr. Director Partner Growth (PG) will lead their team and accelerate bookings and revenue growth in Mitratech's HR Compliance (HRC) Strategic Accounts Segment (between $10K-100K ARR) for existing partners. They will oversee all aspects of this function, including setting the strategy, defining the processes, developing the team, managing the budget, executing the strategy, and measuring the results. They will also work hand and hand with New Logo sales, Direct to Client, PG Strategic Accounts, Services, Customer Success, Marketing, Product Management, Engineering and Executive Mgmt. to achieve established targets and ensure alignment between partner growth initiatives and company strategy, product roadmap, and strategic initiatives.

The successful candidate will combine strong leadership, coaching, communication, account management and sales skills with experience building scalable sales processes, systems, and teams in a fast-changing environment.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:

Lead assigned Partner Growth teams to achieve bookings, retention, and renewal targets throughhiring, onboarding, coaching, and developing high performing team leaders and individual contributors.

  • Collaborate with partners to help craft their product vision and roadmaps and create compelling value propositions and strategies for them and their clients.
  • Work cross-functionally to ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to the commitments between Mitratech HRC and our partner to achieve their short- and long-term business goals.
  • Partner actively with the Product Management organization to identify, build and implement products and industry leading services to meet our evolving customer needs.
  • Serve as the sponsor on enterprise relationships.
  • Serve as an internal subject matter expert by monitoring current and emerging trends, opportunities, and challenges in markets in which the Company's partners operate.
  • Dissect and diagnose the contributing factors driving our leading partners to 100% plus NRR, then envision and establish strategies, process, and mechanics to lead the team towards replication and expansion of world class results.
  • Steward internal processes, operational effectiveness, and sales motions to achieve desired outcomes including:
    • Implement & maintain a regular operating rhythm of planning, quarterly business reviews, team and individual 1:1 meeting.
    • Make informed recommendations on strategy of team compensation plans, architecture, and forecasts to support company mission, strategy, and objectives.
    • Ensure adherence to Mitratech HRC sales policy, methodology, and CRM data compliance.
    • Ensure accurate and actionable analysis, reporting, and dashboards are available at all levels of the Account Management team.
    • Effectively use sales tools and technology (e.g., Salesforce, WinningByDesign)
    • Represent Enterprise Account Management in Mitratech HRC strategic and annual planning processes.
    • Effectively and efficiently manage department budget and resources.
    • Provide regular and effective updates on enterprise segment to Head of Partner Growth and executive leadership.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements & Skills:

  • 10+ years of experience leading mid to senior professionals & people leaders and 7+ years of experience in Account Management/Sales Management/ Customer Success leading, building, and managing teams for subscription-based SaaS companies resulting in:
    • A deep understanding of value drivers in recurring revenue business models
    • Gained experience effectively scaling Revenue Driven Teams across a range of customer personas such as Channels, SMBs, Mid-Market, and Enterprise customers.
    • Operational experience crafting robust Account Management models to leverage tech-touch and high-touch engagements.
    • A KPI/Metric driven approach to garner necessary insights and drive actionable results.
    • Ideation & implementation of process driven account expansion methodologies
  • Proven ability to prioritize and successfully deliver projects and initiatives that align to corporate programs.
  • Technical acumen/ability required to work effectively with Product Management & Engineering in solving customer needs.
  • Experience with Customer Relationship Management software such as, Salesforce & Gainsight
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel and PowerPoint.
