Primary Responsibilities
* Scheduling and coordinating meetings, interviews, events and other similar activities
*Provides information by answering questions and requests
*Update and change delegated tasks to ensure progress to deadlines for projects
*Maintain procedures manual to ensure consistent performance of routines
*Coordinating between departments and operating units in resolving day-to-day administrative and operational problems
*Prepare business correspondence (often using word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation computer software)
*Arrange travel and file expense reports
*Contribute to a positive work environment by demonstrating cultural expectations and influencing others to reward performance and value "can do" people, accountability, diversity and inclusion, flexibility, continuous improvement, collaboration, creativity and fun
Required Education
* High School Diploma/GED
Required Experience
* 2 years relevant experience

Preferred Knowledge
* Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures and systems such as word processing, managing files and records, stenography and transcription, designing forms, and other office procedures and terminology
*Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction
*Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Office

Compensation
Base pay offered will vary depending on, but not limited to education, experience, skills, geographic location and business needs.
Hourly Salary Range: $20.00 - $30.00
