Survey Team Leader - RPLS - Austin, TX
This leadership role involves overseeing a Survey Team at our Austin office, presenting significant potential for career advancement within the Halff organization. Minimum Requirements:
  • Registered Professional Land Surveyor (RPLS) in the state of Texas
  • Bachelor's degree or Associates degree
  • 3 years of management experience as an RPLS in Texas with excellent communication skills
  • 3 years of experience in boundary surveys and surveys for design in the State of Texas
  • Good communication skills and ability to lead and coordinate with project managers, survey crews and survey technicians
Preferred Requirements:
  • Experience in Land Development and/or TXDOT projects and procedures is a plus
  • Strong understanding of the Austin and overall Texas market
  • Technical proficiency with Trimble Business Center and familiarity with MicroStation or Civil 3D is advantageous
  • Active in professional organizations, professional development and mentoring of staff and maintains a network of relationships within the survey profession
