Job Title: Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) Supervisor (B)

Job Summary:

EMCOR Government Services is seeking a talented Reliability Centered Maintenance Supervisor for a healthcare facilities management bid in San Antonio, Texas .The Reliability Centered Maintenance Supervisor (RCM) will be responsible for the performance, coordination analyzing and reporting of all Critical assets identified within the Medical Treatment Facility inventory. Deliver exceptional site leadership, customer service, positive employee engagement, while meeting safety and quality performance requirements.

The RCM Supervisor shall have a minimum of five (5) years of experience in RCM/PdM technologies utilized within medical health care facilities.

The RCM Supervisor will possess advanced knowledge and certifications with an understanding of all aspects of medical treatment facilities as related to predicative testing technologies and applications. Ability to comprehend and analyze data achieved thru Vibration Analysis, Ultrasound Analysis, Infrared Analysis, Oil Analysis and Motor Circuit Analysis.

Develop report for submission to the client with recommendations to adjust or repair to achieve the highest performance metrics.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Oversight of the Enhanced Maintenance Plan (EMP) and the engineered maintenance strategy designed to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of maintenance operations by analyzing each system/component based on criticality, failure modes, and available technology to identify/prevent those failure modes.
  • Identify equipment defect(s), determine defect severity and provide a work request to the facility maintenance staff specifying the work required to eliminate the defect.
  • Provide the client written monthly reports of all assets analyzed under the Condition Monitoring program.
  • Ensure the EMP specifies the component level for all critical assets to be included within the RCM/CBM performance scope. Furthermore, the EMP will specify the CBM technologies applied to the listed assets and components.
  • Developing, qualifying and approving all procedures, specifications, advance analysis techniques and standards interpretation, including the designation of Condition Monitoring methods applied to Real Property Installed Equipment (RPIE).
  • Possess exceptional skills and knowledge in the area of equipment repair, commissioning, quality assurance and maintenance.
  • Advanced knowledge of Condition Based Monitoring technologies include, but are not limited to: Vibration Analysis, Ultrasound Analysis, Infrared Analysis, Oil Analysis and Motor Circuit Analysis.

Qualifications:

  • The RCM Supervisor shall have a minimum of five (5) years of experience in Condition Monitoring in medical health care
  • ASNT Level 2/ISO Category 3 Certification in their Condition Monitoring area of specialty, ASNT Level 1/ISO Category 2 in at least one other Secondary Condition Monitoring technology
  • Experience using DMLSS CMMS is preferred.
  • Training in the area of Quality Control/Lean Six Sigma is preferred
  • Strong oral and written communication skills required.
  • Completion of OSHA 30 preferred.
  • Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English.
  • Valid Drivers License
