Dalyn Allen, M.S. is an HR Analyst with the Compliance & Workforce Analytics Team at DCI. In this role, Dalyn supports the development of affirmative action plans, equal employment opportunity reporting, adverse impact analytics, compensation analytics, and OFCCP compliance.
Prior to joining DCI, Dalyn worked as a Data Management and Research Specialist and he has established a wealth of knowledge and experience in data analysis, data reporting, and data visualization.
Dalyn earned a Master of Science degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from University of Baltimore and a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Morgan State University. He is a member of the Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology (SIOP) and he holds a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification.
