Atlantic Bay Mortgage Group, recently voted #1 in the nation as the best large mortgage company to work for by National Mortgage News, is seeking a Marketing Creative Intern for our Virginia Beach, Virginia office to join our 2023 internship program.

The Marketing Creative Intern will be working alongside our marketing team developing a new brand icon set. This is a great internship for an Illustration or Arts majors.

The Summer Internship program is an opportunity for college students to gain industry related experience in a fast-paced customer focused organization. Atlantic Bay Mortgage Group prides itself on offering an outstanding environment to learn and grow in with a culture of teamwork, creativity, and amazing support.

The internship program will begin May 15, 2023 and run through August 18, 2023. This is a hybrid position as the individual must come into the Virginia Beach, VA office at least 2 days/week.

What you'll be doing

• Working on brand icons and illustrations.
• Assisting with design projects.
• Learning general marketing skills.
• Assisting our marketing team with fulfillment/packing, shipping, and other duties as assigned.

What you'll bring

• A passion for illustration, art, and marketing.
• Professionalism and strong communication skills (both in person and via phone/email).
• Ability to work with all levels and varying positions of staff.
• Detail oriented with the ability to multi-task.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, especially Illustrator.
• Attention to detail and thoroughness in completing assignments.
• Strong organizational skills and the responsibility to complete tasks with limited supervision.
• Ability to work up to 29 hours per week.
• Currently enrolled in a form of secondary education, i.e., Trade School, College, Junior College, etc.
