ABOUT THIS POSITION
The information services (IS) enterprise architecture intern will work with the Vice President of IS and the Enterprise Architect to design, document, and train the organization on processes for business relationship management and software selection.
MAIN DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES
- Work with the Enterprise Architect (EA) to design the business engagement and software selection process ensuring that the processes are efficient and measurable
- Research best practices for identified processes
- Create dashboard metrics to monitor and measure the effectiveness of the new processes
- Participate in the piloting of the new processes
- Develop user training materials and deliver user training
- Document and Map the current state processes
- Complete training requirements and competency confirmations as required for this position within the required timeline.
- Comply with applicable quality system procedures/policies and make suggestions for continuous process improvement.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Educational Requirements: 3+ years of college
- Required Experience: job experience or course work in an information technology field
